*PLEASE NOTE - All SLA The label orders are exempt from our usual returns policy.
Due to the these items being heavily discounted all SLA orders are final and we are unable to offer an exchange/refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on any working day. Orders made on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK DELIVERY
Royal Mail Tracked Standard - £3.49
Deliveries take 2-4 working days and are delivered Monday - Saturday
Royal Mail Express Delivery - 4.99
Deliveries take 1-2 working days and are delivered Monday-Saturday
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to over 240 countries!
Deliveries take 5-10 working days to EU countires & 7-14 for countries outside of the EU. For prices on your specific country, please add items and go to checkout. For any more information please use the 'contact us' page.

RETURNS
Please contact us using our contact form or email us at info@nalathelabel.com and request our returns form where we will be more than happy to assist you in your refund/exchange. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
- The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
We recommend using a fully tracked service to return your orders as we can not be held responsible for items which do not arrive to us. A full refund excluding the original delivery costs will be refunded within 5 working days of receiving your return.
